This cold pasta salad is always a delicious summer treat. You start off with a box of multi coloured Fusilli pasta. Cook it up and then rinse and strain it – let it cool. Get yourself a pack of Club House “Pasta Salad” spice mix. You use the packet of spices with 1/2 cup veggie oil (I like olive oil personally) and 1/4 cup vinegar. Then you can add your own chopped veggies. I always use tomato and broccoli as I find this is the best combo. A little bit of onion or finely diced peppers would be tasty too! Put it in the fridge and let it marinate for a few hours before serving. Best served cold – and with barbequed food!
